• Property data: addresses, tenancy records, maintenance requests.
• Media: photos and documents you upload to a request or for vetting.

To run the service: triage repairs, match contractors, send status updates, and manage payments. We do not sell your data.

4. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

Contract (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and consent (optional marketing).

5. Sharing

We share only what's necessary with the contractor assigned to your request and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, payments) acting as processors under written agreements.

6. Retention

Account and tenancy data are kept while your account is active and up to 6 years afterwards for tax and legal records. Media tied to closed requests are kept for 2 years.

7. Your rights
