Our story.
Flats 2 Houses started the way most maintenance companies do — with a phone that wouldn't stop ringing. Tenants chasing landlords. Landlords chasing trades. Trades chasing payment. Everyone losing weekends.
We built the software we wished existed: an AI that listens to a tenant's problem, triages it the way a senior facilities manager would, and routes it to a vetted local trade with a fixed price. Landlords approve in a tap. Contractors get clean leads. Tenants get their hot water back.
We're a small team of property professionals and engineers based in London, building the maintenance company we'd want managing our own homes.
